76k76 Terms and Conditions – Rules and Guidelines

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this document, the following terms carry the meanings described below:

• "Platform" — refers to the website 76k76.best and all services made available by 76k76, including Sports Betting, live casino, poker, e-sports, and other products.
• "User" or "Player" — any individual who creates a registered account on the platform 76k76 and use its services.
• "Account" — the individual account created by the user to access the platform's services.
• "Balance" — the amounts in BRL (R$) available in the user's account for use in bets and games, including real-money balance and bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus" — credits or benefits granted by the 76k76 to the user upon fulfillment of the specific conditions described in the applicable promotions.
• "Rollover" — the minimum wagering requirement the user must meet before being able to withdraw funds derived from bonuses.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process required by the platform to confirm the user's personal details.
• "Pix" — Brazil's Central Bank instant payment system, the primary method for deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use the services of the 76k76, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration. The platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Be an individual resident in Brazil with a valid CPF in good standing.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.
• Not being listed on any access restriction or self-exclusion list previously applied on the platform.
• Not be an employee, contracted partner, immediate family member of an employee, or representative of 76k76 or its direct service providers.

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

Each user may create only a single account on the platform 76k76. Duplicate accounts — multiple accounts sharing the same CPF, email address, phone number, device, or banking details — are expressly prohibited and will be closed, with possible forfeiture of bonus balances.

At registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information: full legal name as it appears on an official ID, valid CPF, date of birth, active email address, and mobile number. Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The 76k76 may request additional documents at any time to verify a user's identity. This includes a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and, where applicable, additional documents related to the payment methods used.

Verification is required for any withdrawal and for activating promotions. The user has 7 calendar days to submit the requested documents after being notified. Failure to do so within that period may result in a temporary suspension of the account's withdrawal functionality.

3.3 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their access credentials (username and password) secure. 4. Deposits

The 76k76 accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users:

All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet held in the name of the registered user. The 76k76 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits identified as originating from someone other than the account holder will be returned to the original payment method and may trigger a compliance review of the account.

The 76k76 does not charge fees on deposits. Any applicable IOF taxes, bank fees, or credit card charges are the responsibility of the payment method issuer, not the platform.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on the 76k76 are processed preferably via Pix to the bank account registered under the user's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. There is no single maximum withdrawal limit; however, withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 are subject to additional compliance checks before processing.

5.1 Processing Timeframes

• Platinum and Diamond VIP Members: Pix withdrawals processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• All other users: Pix withdrawals processed within 24 hours of request and document verification.
• Withdrawals via TED or other banking methods: up to 2 business days after approval.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Full KYC verification is required for any withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Rollover (Wagering Requirement)

The rollover is the total betting amount the user must wager using the bonus balance before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example: a BRL 100.00 bonus with a 5x rollover requires BRL 500.00 in qualifying bets before the balance is released.

• Cancelled bets, bets settled with early cash out, and bets placed at odds below the minimum specified in the promotion generally do not count toward the rollover.
• The deadline to complete the rollover is set in the specific promotion — typically between 7 and 30 days from activation.
• If the deadline passes without the rollover being met, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are automatically removed from the account.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus per user — it is not possible to activate a second welcome bonus using a new account or the same CPF.
• The 76k76 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, provided this does not affect bonuses already active in the user's account.
• Bonuses obtained through abuse, manipulation, or violation of the Terms may be cancelled at any time, and the account may be closed.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Validity

• A bet is valid once the confirmation is displayed on screen — keep your ticket number for reference.
• User input errors are not grounds for cancelling a bet once it has been confirmed.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event are automatically cancelled by the system and the amount is returned to the balance.

7.2 Cancellations and Postponed Events

• If an event is canceled before it starts, all bets placed on it are fully refunded.
• If an event is postponed and not held within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will be refunded.
• In accumulator bets, any canceled or postponed event is removed from the slip with its odds adjusted to 1.00 — all other selections remain active.

7.3 Odds Errors

The 76k76 uses automated systems for market pricing. However, occasional technical errors may occur. If an odd is published at a clearly incorrect value (significantly below or above the normal market rate for that event), the 76k76 reserves the right to cancel any bets placed at that incorrect odd, with the full stake returned to the user's balance.

7.4 Cash Out

Cash out is available for selected single and multiple bets. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on the current odds for each selection. The 76k76 may temporarily suspend cash out on events with high odds volatility. Cash out acceptance is final and irrevocable — an accepted cash out cannot be undone.

8. Live Casino & Slots

The live casino at 76k76 offers roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live poker, and other games with real dealers streamed live. Slots and crash games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system independently audited and certified to ensure random, tamper-proof results.

• The minimum and maximum bet limits per round are displayed before each game or table session begins.
• In the event of a technical failure during a round — streaming disconnection, system error — the round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the balance. A partial result from an incomplete round is not considered valid.
• The 76k76 is not responsible for internet connection failures on the user's end that result in an ongoing game session being interrupted.
• The use of external software, bots, or any automated tools to play at the casino is strictly prohibited. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account closure.

9. Poker

The poker tables at 76k76 bring real players together in Texas Hold'em, Omaha PLO, and other formats. The following specific rules apply to poker:

• Any form of collusion between players is strictly prohibited — including hand-mucking, sharing card information in real time, or any other unauthorized cooperative play among participants at the same table.
• The use of real-time assistance software (HUDs with live platform data, automated decision bots) is prohibited and actively monitored by the anti-bot system of the 76k76.
• In the event of a disconnection during a hand, the system of 76k76 waits a set amount of time before automatically folding on the player's behalf. A single momentary connection drop does not eliminate the user from tournaments.

10. User Conduct

• VIP levels are reviewed every Monday. Level promotions happen automatically once the requirements are met.
• The weekly cashback is calculated on net losses from Monday through Sunday and credited every Sunday as real balance.
• The 76k76 reserves the right to adjust the level progression requirements with at least 7 days' prior notice to affected users.
• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable — they cannot be assigned or transferred to other accounts.
• If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, all accumulated VIP benefits are forfeited with no right to compensation.

12. Responsible Gaming

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, the 76k76 may withhold balances derived from bonuses and associated winnings on bets placed in violation of the rules. Real-money deposit balances unaffected by the violation will be returned to the user following review.

15. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the liability of the 76k76 toward an individual user will not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Changes to These Terms

The 76k76 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, users will be notified via their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw your available balance.
